Corporate, Non-Profit, Small Business, & Individual Clients
- Coaching and Organizational Development needs are discussed with organization representative or client;
- Organizational Development and/or Coaching proposal is submitted, negotiated, and solidified;
- For OD, facilitation, and workshop clients, activation of consultation begins;
- For coaching clients, chemistry sessions are scheduled with up to 3 potential coaches. From the chemistry sessions, the coach is chosen and activation of the coaching engagement begins;
