  • Industry experience includes financial services, technology, insurance, healthcare, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, construction, manufacturing, automotive, and government contracting.

MY CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

  • Successfully coached 20 executives in a hospital group over a 4 year period, five of which sat on the Executive Management Team
  • Coached the President of a workers compensation insurance company to create stronger alignment between his group and the CEO of the parent company
  • Successfully coached several EVPs and SVPs at a large financial institution focusing on managing relationships, influence, communication approaches, and development/coaching of direct reports
  • Onboarded a National Sales Director at a world-wide pharmaceutical company who reorganized the national teams and increased sales during an economic downturn.

  • Created a year-long leadership development and coaching program and coached 8 leaders at a $1.5 trillion investment firm. Four were successfully promoted to Vice President
  • Completed a 5-year Action Learning project with a Fortune 50 company, coaching in yearly long-term leadership development programs in which high-potentials addressed strategic organizational challenges
