In working with my clients, I draw from my own executive experience and from coaching and assessing thousands of leaders. My coaching is practical and targeted and focused on helping my clients connect to their strengths, set specific objectives and create and execute a plan for success. My strength is in developing trusting relationships with clients that provide a safe space for developing new awareness and insight for personal and professional growth.
