  • Training hundreds of coaches through Erickson Coaching International, recipient of the 2024 ICF Impact Award for Distinguished Coach Education Provider. 
  • Successfully establishing a boutique consulting and coaching firm with direct impact on senior leaders, executive teams and governance boards driving outcomes such as optimizing team-performance, improving organizational design, and decision making and enhancing people-focused leadership.  
  • Leading innovative policy development as a contributor to a public-sector governance board in development and refinement of medical standards of practice within the Canadian healthcare system.   
  • Leading a public sector resident physicians’ organization. Guiding the organization through three successful contract negotiations and implementing nationally legislated work-hour reductions—enhancing working conditions while strengthening stakeholder relationships and organizational legitimacy.
  • Serving as an appointed and volunteer board member within Canada’s regulatory and association-based environments.
