Having started managing teams at the age of 22, I know firsthand the transformative power of coaching for leaders at every stage—from aspiring managers to seasoned executives in the C-suite. My personal leadership journey, combined with decades of professional experience, has fueled my passion for co-creating great leaders and great coaches who drive meaningful change in their organizations and communities.
