MY PASSION TO COACH

  • Before becoming a consultant, Megan spent seven years as Director of Organizational Development for AlixPartners, an award-winning, industry-leading global consulting firm, where she creatively addressed executive learning and development opportunities, and designed and delivered High Impact Efforts to recruit, engage and retain employees, coordinated change management
    interventions, and advanced strategic communication plans for M&As across a variety of industries and business sectors. Prior to that she worked at the Center for Creative Leadership where she managed a large portfolio of client coaching programs.
  • As a consultant and coach Megan has worked with mid- and senior-level leaders across a variety of sectors and has led, coached, and advised senior leaders on vision, leadership, strategy, and culture.
