MY PASSION TO COACH

MY CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

  • Coached senior managers, vice presidents, and directors from Freddie Mac’s Direct, Coca-Cola, AMTRAK, several small businesses, and state political candidates; additionally, coached federal executives, including Chiefs of Staff, Deputy Executive Assistant Commissioners, and scientists
  • Recognized by the Dean of the Smith Business School for continuous work as an executive leadership coach who directly contributed to the success of the US Customs and Border Protection Leadership Institute Program (CBP LI) positively impacting over 120 senior employees; CBP LI awarded the Outstanding Human Performance Intervention award from the International Society of Performance 
  • Assigned to George Mason’s Office of Continuing and Professional Education to support professionals as they upskill and grow in their career focus; creates and delivers customized courses for select clients
  • Serves as a senior advisor who formulates relevant training content for a select client where indigenous cadre, in partnership with higher education, creates a joint training academy designed to shift the client’s culture.

MY PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

  • Chief Executive Officer and executive leadership coach who has partnered with 350+ senior leaders and managers, and teams, accumulating over 3,300 coaching hours, resulting in improved leader engagement and workplace productivity.
  • Facilitated more than fifteen cohort-based training sessions for senior leaders over two years, resulting in significant individual transformation and development as visionary leaders, which is essential for advancement to the senior executive service.
  • Created and delivered a Managing Tensions Course for senior federal leaders, which introduced an initial framework that helps participants leverage their collective wisdom when leadership complexities arise and guides them in shifting their mindset from feeling “stuck” to exploring new “possibilities.”  
  • Brings over 28 years of special operations military and interagency experience, leading in diverse, complex environments often confronting new dynamics while providing timely solutions that shaped strategic initiatives 
  • Currently serves as the President-elect for the International Coach Federation Washington DC Metro chapter, the largest US city chapter; assumes role as President in 2026
