Katie B.,
ACC, CDTFL

Katie specializes in creating safe spaces for people to do the uncomfortable work of exploring how they lead themselves and others, specifically the energy they are unconsciously generating within themselves and putting out into the world. Her work exposes the ego’s tricks and invites people into deeper connection with themselves. In turn, people are able to find more joy and success in their lives, and they become more joyful, inspiring, and productive leaders.
MY PASSION TO COACH
- Has coached leaders and executives in the following industries: Food Manufacturing, Education, Marketing, Financial Services, Property Management, Law, Energy, Nonprofit, Technology, Government, Construction, and Technology.
- Believes that once we get to a place where we stop beating ourselves up for all of the things we believe we need to do/stop doing, we are able to tap into our inner wisdom and move forward in a joy-filled, sustainable way.
- Katie’s target is not change. She does not believe her clients need to change in order to be more successful. Instead, she believes that raising her clients’ consciousness is what sets them up to make choices that naturally lead to enjoyment and success.
MY CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
