  • Vice President, Learning, designed and implemented a leadership brand, and served as faculty for Prudential’s enterprise-wide management and leadership development programs. 
  • Created a center of excellence for sales suitability and compliance centralizing 76 field-based operations to one location saving $10 million dollars and exceeding diversity goals. 
  • Senior Vice President, Human Resources at GE Capital. Facilitated two acquisitions which expanded GE Capital’s B to B financial and telecom services solutions business.
  • Director, Human Resources for GrandMet/Pillsbury across domestic and international, marketing and finance organizations.
