  • As a Master Certified Coach deeply ingrained in the global coaching community, Ellen brings her network, knowledge of the field, and experience to the to her robust client base. She has worked with thousands of individuals and teams across five continents at all levels of leadership to include CEOs, C-Suite Executives, VPs, mid-level managers, and individual contributors throughout corporations, small businesses, non-profits, government, and educational institutions. 
  • Ellen has worked extensively into many sectors of the government delivering coaching and workshop facilitation. For her involvement on a high-preforming coaching team within the intelligence community, she was a recipient of the prestigious Prism Award given by the International Coach Federation 
  • As a founding member and co-director of three coach training programs, Ellen established George Mason University as a significant player in the coaching-training world. She ensures that instructors and participants embody excellence in practice, creating the container for greater complexity and expediential growth.
