Dan B.

Dan works extensively with managers and senior leaders confronting today’s most difficult organizational challenges. They select Dan as their coach to improve their capacity and skills around communication, decision-making, leading and adapting to change, conflict resolution and facilitating greater team performance. While meeting these and other pressing leadership challenges, Dan’s clients often find they restore balance between their demanding work commitments and personal lives and experience greater fulfilment in the meaningful work they undertake.
Dan’s coaching philosophy is best summed up by Shakespeare: “Beware of the stories you tell yourself, for you will surely be lived by them.” Those who partner with Dan as their coach soon discover — and re-write — the outworn, personal narratives that have been holding them back from being fully effective.
MY PASSION TO COACH
Dan is passionate about helping leaders navigate change with clarity and resilience. In one engagement, he supported a newly promoted director facing organizational restructuring and peer conflict. Through 360 feedback and deep exploration of interpersonal dynamics, Dan helped the leader shift from reactive patterns to principled leadership.
As a result, the client reported improved conflict resolution, political savvy, and job satisfaction—changes that were noted and praised by their senior leadership.
