MY PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

  • Served as the Partnership for Public Service’s first Director for Executive and Team Coaching, leading the effort to create a coaching center of excellence for federal executives. Under her leadership, the Partnership scaled its coaching practice by 575% in three years and successfully delivered the Public Service Leadership 360 assessment and one-on-one, team and group coaching to thousands of federal leaders. 
  • Led a multi-year, multi-million dollar grant-funded culture change and leadership transformation initiative, resulting in improved employee engagement, innovation and supervisory performance.
  • Spearheaded LeadHERship in Government, a research initiative to better understand and promote women leaders’ experience in government. 
  • Designed and facilitated customized leadership retreats, helping senior teams build trust, navigate change and align around business outcomes.
