MY PASSION TO COACH
- Coached leaders and senior executives in the following industry sectors: Banking, Engineering, Entertainment, Higher Education, Health Insurance, Manufacturing, Non-Profits, Pharma, Staffing, Technology and Venture Capital.
- Held several board positions with ICF Los Angeles, a local association for professional coaches. Board roles included Chapter President in 2020 and Executive Advisor in 2022.

- Over 10 years of experience as a professional Executive Leadership Coach; deliver coaching services to individual coaching clients. Provide coaching support to achieve client goals. Partner with sponsoring organizations to gather data as needed, including 360° feedback and self-assessments to identify unique leadership strengths.
- Senior Manager, Markets Performance Effectiveness for Blue Shield of California; managed the sales performance consulting function, providing leadership, coaching and support for the professional sales training team, resulting in ‘Great Place To Work’ employee engagement score of 100% two years in a row
