Mandeep Singh

Mandeep’s experience spans 35+ years of working internationally to build IT Systems, reengineer business processes, provide organizational and innovation consulting services, and nurture client and employee relationships, in roles spanning individual contribution, project, line and executive management. He has worked with international organizations, federal and local governments, non-profits, consulting companies, and start-ups. He has coached over a hundred people, including executives from The World Bank Group, CNA, US Green Building Council and Green Seal, and leaders from Microsoft, GE Digital and multiple Federal Agencies including DHS, DOT, EPA, HHS, NSF, OIG and USDA.  Mandeep is also an Executive Coach with the American University Key Executive Leadership Programs and The George Washington University Center for Excellence in Public Leadership.

In addition, they begin to accept the world as it shows up, rather than the way they wish it would. Mandeep’s certifications includes Georgetown University Certification in Leadership Coaching (CLC), ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), 360 Instruments: DiSC Assessment;  Emotional and Social Competence Inventory (ESCI);  Hogan Assessments (HPI, HDS, MVPI);  The Leadership Circle Profile (LCP). Mandeep graduated with an MBA  from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Calcutta, 1980 and a BSEE from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur, 1978.
