Leadership Coach, Correct Care Solutions, 2014 – 2016. Internal Executive Coach tasked with training,mentoring, and coaching the Senior Executive Staff to enhance leadership skills and improve individual and team performance. Manage facility WIG program (Wildly Important Goal) to support executives and supervisors with goal achievement strategies. Directed 2015 employee Leaders in Action program. In March 2015 the executives filled out an anonymous coaching program evaluation to evaluate the benefits they had received up to that point.
