Dr. Nicole LaBeach
Dr. Nicole LaBeach is a Results Maven with proven experience in the areas of: Executive Coaching, Organizational Development, and Diversity & Inclusion. Her expansive background of over 15 years includes working with C-Suite leaders and leadership teams to maximize large-scale change efforts, cultivate leadership strengths and baseline critical weaknesses, champion sustainable diversity and inclusion business solutions, and leverage leadership and business growth strategy. Her unique ability to help clients acknowledge critical gaps and implement evidence-based interventions result in improved: leadership effectiveness; processes, systems, and operations; team synergy and performance; diversity, inclusion, and business outcomes; organizational effectiveness; and execution of major change initiatives. Through her expertise, organizational leaders and their teams have a significant opportunity to successfully achieve their goals and drive value-generating growth.

Dr. Nicole has a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology and M.S. in Clinical Psychology from Saint Louis University and B.A. in Psychology from Spelman College. Master trained as an executive coach, Dr. Nicole is nationally certified by: The International Coaching Federation (Professional Certified Coach – PCC), The Center for Credentialing & Education (Board Certified Coach – BCC), The College of Executive Coaching (Master Trained and Certified), and The Centers for Creative Leadership.
